The 4-H Club meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 4:00 pm in the Helen Lehmann Memorial Library.  

The Homework Assistance program for Students who need help with homework or volunteer hours for school programs meets on Monday's and Wednesday's 4 - 6 pm.

Mayor Joe Wynkoop would like to invite all residents to attend the upcoming Council Meeting.  It will take place on June 13, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Auditorium. There will be a period of Citizen Questions and Public Comment at the beginning of the meeting.  Items for the Agenda Include:

  • Ordinance 2017-22 Minimum Lot Sizes for New Subdivisions
  • Ordinance 2016-19 Final Adoption of Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Black East
  • Approval of Owners Agreement for Black East
  • Bulk Agreement with the City of Clermont to provide Sewer Service to Black East
  • Ordinance 2017-14 Updating LDR's for Design Standards for New Subdivisions
  • Ordinance 2017-15 Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Complete Streets
  • Ordinance 2017-16 Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Design Standards for New Subdivisions
  • Ordinance 2017-23 Expanding the Duties of the Planning and Zoning Board
  • Resolution 2017-26 Preliminary Rate for the Fire Assessment.
  • Resolution 2017-29 Supporting the Bridge over the Turnpike connecting Fosgate Road.
  • Ordinance 2017-25 Approving new poliies and procedures for the Cemetery
