Bryan Rubio – Council Member

Bryan Rubio

Bryan Rubio has been a Montverde resident since 2014. A proud combat Marine Corps veteran, husband, and father, Bryan is deeply committed to preserving the town’s small-community character while ensuring responsible growth and fiscal accountability.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Bryan is also a small business owner with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and public service. He has served on the Lake County Value Adjustment Board and on various committees with professional organizations, reflecting his commitment to civic responsibility and collaboration.

As a Town Council Member, Bryan will focus on transparency, accountability, and maintaining the quality of life that makes Montverde special. Guided by the principles of servant leadership, he strives to be the voice of the residents, ensuring their concerns and ideas guide the decisions that shape the town’s future. His leadership philosophy centers on service, open communication, and practical problem-solving for the community.
