Nestled on the shores of Lake Florence, this small secluded park is located on the North end of Portor Avenue, on the edge of Montverde Academy. The park features a small playground along with a large deck for gatherings. Along the shores is a wide covered dock that allows scenic views of Lake Florence. It can be used bird watching or fishing along the lake.
